Sales Support Specialist – Storage, Warehouse and Logistics Services
What You’ll Do
Solicit vendor quotes and integrate pricing into project budgets
Prepare tender proposals based on plans, site assessments, and client needs
Support sales reps with bid pricing, scope development, and proposal accuracy
Assist with improving estimating workflows and documentation processes
Support projects throughout the sales process from initial meeting to final proposal
Participate in client meetings and document project needs and updates
Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, partners, and clients
Attend networking events and represent the company professionally
Manage a small portfolio of clients with direct sales responsibilities
What Were Looking For
2-5 years of experience in landscape construction, design-build, or bid-build environments
Experience with tenders, bids, and proposal development
Familiarity with, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and estimating software
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
