NIGHT SHIFT LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR| NORTH COUNTY DUBLIN | PERMANENT

Our client, a leading logistics company, is undergoing significant growth and is seeking an administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This position is office-based, with standard working hours from 7pm to 7am, 4 nights on, 4 nights off.
YOUR ROLE|
Reporting directly to the Transport Manager, you will play a crucial role within the team, coordinating administrative processes related to the night operations and transport planning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|
1. Take charge of administrative duties associated with delivery and collection notes
2. Input details to the Transport Management System
3. Monitor and record vehicle and driver activity providing updates to depots and customers
4. Assist with Driver queries
5. Complete reports for shift handovers for colleagues on day shift
REQUIREMENTS|
6. Previous experience working in an office-based role or transport/logistics position
7. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
8. Understand transport software TMS experience an advantage
9. Strong knowledge of international transport regulations desirable but not essential
10. Ability to work night shift and roster of 4 on, 4 off
