 
        
        SMB Account Manager - Global Business Solutions - Nordics
We are seeking a passionate Account Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Account Management team in Dublin, focusing on Small & Medium-sized businesses (SMB) in the Israel market as part of a one-to-many structure. The role centers on activating, nurturing and growing SMB advertiser relationships, driving revenue, advertiser education, and advertiser satisfaction. Success requires strong client service, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and the ability to help shape and sell scalable solutions for SMB customers.
Responsibilities
 * Raise the bar: be results-focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB clients and agencies. Identify and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data for regions, industries, or objectives that can be pitched en masse with minimal customization.
 * Make your own discoveries: develop a deep understanding of TikTok's products, processes, and tools. Demonstrate expertise relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues.
 * Assume ownership: work with small and medium clients to optimize and improve TikTok campaign performance and identify scalable programmatic approaches. Understand client business objectives and determine the right actions to help grow their business.
 * Embrace change as an opportunity: maintain a growth mindset, learn when unclear, and view uncertainty as a chance to thrive.
 * Collaboration creates value: support new team members, share knowledge, and liaise with cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
 * Minimum Qualification(s):
 - Previous account management or sales experience (internships/placements and academic work experience counted)
 - Demonstrable experience or knowledge of the marketing/social media/advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem; SMB market knowledge is a plus
 - Passion for TikTok marketing and building something from the ground up
 - Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales goals with a large book of business
 - Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
 - Teamwork, adaptability to a fast-paced, international environment with a passion for impact
 - High fluency in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish and English for client communications across the Nordics
 * Preferred Qualification(s):
 - Strong attention to detail and ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines
 - Sound analytical and quantitative skills
 - Experience working with revenue targets in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
