Operations Director (MEP)
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our client's senior management team. You will lead the company's day‑to‑day business operations (managing budgets, ensuring operational compliance is followed, addressing operational issues as they arise).
Responsibilities
* Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, management, etc.)
* Determine the company's strategic growth as part of the executive team
* Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and projects
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline, 5‑10 years of relevant experience
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ten years of MEP experience within a Tier 1 setting
* Flexible regarding travel throughout Ireland
* Must be experienced within the Data Centre or Pharmaceutical space
