Meet the Team
The Supply Chain Applications team supports Dexcom’s global supply chain operations by ensuring planning, procurement, and execution systems operate in a controlled, predictable, and compliant manner. The team partners closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, and IT to translate complex business requirements into scalable, executable system solutions across a regulated MedTech environment.
Role Summary
The Oracle Fusion Supply Chain & Planning Specialist (Functional) provides functional leadership across Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM), Supply Chain Planning (SCP), and Procurement within a regulated, hybrid ERP landscape. Oracle Fusion is used for planning, orchestration, and procurement, while Oracle e‑Business Suite (eBS) remains the system of record for manufacturing, inventory, and warehouse execution. A core responsibility of this role is ensuring that what is planned and orchestrated in Fusion is fully executable downstream, operating under the established "Fusion plan / eBS execute" model.
This senior functional role owns functional design, planning logic, configuration governance, testing leadership, and production incident resolution. It works closely with system integrators, technical teams, and business stakeholders, acting as Dexcom’s functional lead for Fusion SCM and Procurement across projects, enhancements, and business‑as‑usual support.
Where You Come In
You Will
Own functional leadership across Oracle eBS Supply Chain execution (Manufacturing, Inventory, WIP, OSP, Logistics) and Oracle Fusion Planning & Procurement, ensuring clear accountability between plan and execute layers.
Lead the eBS execute model as the system of record for operational execution, ensuring Fusion Planning and Procurement outputs are fully consumable, validated, and executable within eBS constraints.
Govern the Fusion plan / eBS execute operating model, with primary accountability for alignment to real‑world execution capabilities across manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, and logistics.
Provide end‑to‑end functional ownership across eBS (core execution) and Fusion (planning/procurement), including P2P and Outside Processing flows, ensuring no disconnect between planning intent and shop floor / warehouse execution.
Own and resolve production incidents and problem tickets across both eBS and Fusion, with priority focus on execution‑impacting defects in eBS.
Translate business requirements into clear, approved, and executable functional designs aligned to end‑to‑end supply chain outcomes.
Perform hands‑on configuration across Fusion modules and support eBS functional configuration and validation, ensuring cross‑system integrity.
Lead functional testing governance across eBS and Fusion environments (SIT, UAT, regression), ensuring execution scenarios (eBS) are fully validated before release.
Partner with Business Analysts, system integrators, and project teams to ensure changes are viable in eBS execution before approval.
Act as a trusted functional advisor on eBS capabilities, constraints, and best practices, while representing Fusion planning and procurement design in forums and workshops.
Liaise with Oracle on Service Requests impacting both eBS and Fusion, with clear prioritisation of execution‑critical issues.
Ensure all solutions operate in compliance with SOX, FDA, GDPR, and regulated environment standards, with particular emphasis on traceability within eBS execution transactions.
Promote industry best practices with a strong execution‑first mindset, ensuring planning sophistication does not compromise operational reliability.
Other duties as assigned.
