Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a National Truck Sales Manager, Mercedes-Benz, located in Dublin 12 with opportunities for remote work. The individual will oversee national truck sales operations, building strong client relationships, driving business growth, and managing key accounts. Responsibilities include developing business plans, leading the sales team, creating and achieving sales targets, and handling budgeting processes effectively. Collaboration with various teams to ensure excellence in customer service and satisfaction is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Business Planning and Budgeting
* Strong Account Management and Sales skills
* Experience in Team Management with a proven ability to lead and motivate
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work in a hybrid capacity with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
* Knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry is advantageous
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred
