The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and scaling the company's Lead to Cash (L2C) operating model within a complex, international, recurring revenue environment.This opportunity will suit someone coming from a Big 4 audit/accounting advisory background or a large-scale SaaS environment who enjoys building future‑state finance processes rather than maintaining legacy structures.The business operates on a global scale with a strong growth trajectory, a collaborative culture, and a major focus on innovation, sustainability, and technology-driven transformation.The Revenue Accounting Manager will take ownership of the Lead to Cash finance lifecycle, ensuring revenue recognition, billing, cash, and margin outcomes are scalable, controlled, and system enabled.ResponsibilitiesAct as the finance lead for the end‑to‑end Lead to Cash processOversee revenue recognition, billing logic, deferred revenue, accounts receivable, and cash conversionEnsure accounting treatment aligns with IFRS 15 and commercial contract structuresPartner cross‑functionally with Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Legal, Billing, Credit Control, FP&A, and Systems teamsDesign and implement scalable, system‑enabled revenue accounting processesDrive automation initiatives across reconciliations, controls, and reportingReduce manual intervention and spreadsheet dependencySupport the evolution toward a low‑touch, exception‑based operating modelPartner closely with Systems and Data teams on revenue architecture and process optimisationOwn revenue and Lead to Cash close processesImprove predictability, controls, and reporting accuracyExperienceQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA), typically with 5+ years PQEBackground within Big 4 audit, accounting advisory, or a complex SaaS / recurring revenue environmentStrong understanding of IFRS 15 and revenue recognition principlesExperience within finance transformation, process redesign, or systems‑enabled controlsStrong commercial awareness with the ability to understand how business models translate into revenue and cash outcomesComfortable operating in a highly visible, change‑oriented environmentStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to influence across finance, systems, and commercial teamsStrong base salary and package attached.
