About This Role
This position involves collaborating closely with Account Managers to drive cross-selling and expand business opportunities.
* Develop and implement strategies for direct sales growth, in partnership with Account Managers.
* Utilize CRM to track and manage sales opportunities, working in tandem with the Account Management team.
* Support Account Managers in identifying client needs and preferences.
* Prepare customized offers and presentations tailored to client requirements.
* Offer expertise and guidance to Account Managers on their existing clients' technological setups.
* Lend support to marketing initiatives by providing insights and assistance.
* Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure alignment between possible and feasible projects.
* Deliver engaging presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Nurture strong relationships with suppliers through both internal and external communication channels.
* Contribute to standardizing processes within the organization, specifically through the development of quotation templates.
* Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and actively contribute to the growth of Conscia's service portfolio.
* Pursue ongoing professional development and collaborate with colleagues to refine and enhance the company's offerings.
