Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide proactive support to the leadership team.
* Lead end-to-end HR activities: workforce planning, employee relations, absence management, and engagement.
* Support shift planning and resourcing to meet production demands.
* Implement policies, procedures, and best practices in line with employment law.
* Champion performance management, coaching managers to drive accountability and results.
* Deliver learning and development initiatives to enhance operational skills.
* Track metrics to inform operational decisions and drive improvements.
* Support change management initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture.
About this role: As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for leading the HR function to deliver strategic objectives. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Your key responsibilities will include providing proactive support to the leadership team, leading end-to-end HR activities, and implementing policies and procedures.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in human resources management. You should have a strong understanding of employment law and be able to implement policies and procedures that are compliant with relevant legislation. Additionally, you should have experience in managing change initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture.
