About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing to lead and oversee the nursing team.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care, staff development, and regulatory compliance within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and management of the nursing team.
Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations and best practices in patient care.
Develop and implement policies to enhance clinical quality and efficiency.
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize patient services.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive excellence in healthcare delivery.
Foster a positive and supportive working environment.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (NMBI) with active registration
5+ years of nursing leadership experience (preferably in a similar setting)
Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and clinical governance
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
Passion for high-quality patient care and team development
