Job Title: Construction Cost Manager
About the Role:
As a skilled Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the cost of construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze blueprints and documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour costs vs estimates.
- Conduct quantity surveying duties, including measurements, valuation, and agreement of work sections.
- Experience in project management, estimating packages, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree qualified in construction economics or quantity surveying.
- 7+ years PQS experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
