Job Description
Act as the on-site engineering point of contact, working closely with the Project Manager.
Manage and produce comprehensive project documentation packs in line with client and project requirements.
Review and verify electrical designs, calculation tables, cable sizing, protection devices, fire alarm systems, energy load calculations, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure installation quality and adherence to standards.
Conduct inspections, tests, and verification of installed systems, compiling accurate records for compliance.
Prepare, submit, and track technical documentation, ensuring deadlines are met.
Identify issues, raise RFIs, and resolve technical queries promptly.
Support commissioning and client demonstration activities.
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Electrical Services Engineering or equivalent.
A minimum of 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience in an M&E contracting or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical standards, regulations, and safety systems.
Proven experience creating and managing documentation packs.
Ability to work independently and manage a high documentation workload with minimal oversight.
