Position: Solar Sales Technician

Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Technician to join our team. In this role, you will bridge technical expertise with sales excellence, guiding customers through the process of selecting the right solar energy solutions for their homes or businesses. You’ll play a vital part in promoting renewable energy and ensuring customer satisfaction from consultation to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct site assessments to evaluate the feasibility of solar installations*
* Provide customers with technical advice and personalised solar solutions tailored to their energy needs*
* Prepare accurate cost-benefits, proposals, and system designs *
* Present and explain solar products and financial options to potential clients*
* Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless execution of projects*
* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies*
* Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction*
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, design, and installation processes*
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team*
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Experience is essential
Full training will be provided
