Job Title: Project Manager - Contract Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our contracting operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Program and schedule works to maximise efficiency of allocated resources.
* Coordinate site operations, ensuring works are completed as per relevant specifications, safety standards, customer requirements and in accordance with quality systems.
* Prepare relevant Construction Stage Health and Safety Plans and ensure communication by supervisors/managers of Site Inductions, Methods Statements & Safe Systems of Work (SSWP) for all visitors, employees, contractors and suppliers visiting.
* Manage financial performance of contracts, proactive cost management, promptly submitting invoicing/valuations.
Managerial Responsibilities
* Direct, manage and lead contracting operations across the Republic of Ireland.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental and quality standards and achieve a zero target for fatalities and LTIs.
* Meet annual revenue and margin deliverables as agreed with the Head of Contracting.
* Grow market share in terms of revenue, tonnage and products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Level 8 degree in Civil/Constructional or equivalent degree/industry recognised safety training to the relevant standards.
* Up to 5 years prior leadership experience, preferably in a road surfacing or contracting environment.
