Accounts Assistant | Credit Union Dublin City | Hybrid Full-time | Permanent Competitive salary + benefits A well-established credit union based in Dublin City is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join its finance team.

The Role: Carrying out regular bank reconciliations (daily, weekly, and monthly) with a high level of accuracy and within required timelines Managing the full Accounts Payable cycle, from invoice processing through to payment completion Supporting general ledger activities, including postings and ongoing maintenance Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records across all transactions Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with internal procedures and relevant regulatory requirements Providing additional support to the finance team as needed The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or bookkeeping environment is essential Demonstrated experience completing bank reconciliations Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Desirable (Not Essential): Accounting Technician qualification or similar Experience within a regulated or financial services environment Familiarity with accounting or general ledger systems ??
