At our partner organization in the Public Sector, we are recruiting a Temporary Grade IV Assistant Staff Officer to join their dynamic team in Donegal. This fast-paced role involves managing daily office operations, supporting clinical scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication across multiple teams and locations.


Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day office operations
* Provide administrative support to the team, including appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
* Monitor and manage email correspondence with staff across the Region
* Maintain and update internal databases with accuracy and attention to confidentiality
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of services
* Perform general administrative duties as required, including typing, filing, and report writing


Requirements:

* Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
* High level of IT proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems and software
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Demonstrate experience in managing and maintaining databases
* Ability to work independently and manage office operations without direct supervision
