Construction Project Coordinator Role
This is a key position for a Construction Project Coordinator to join our client's team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating resources, identifying risks, and ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction project planning or project controls and a strong understanding of civil engineering contracting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Coordinate and communicate project timelines, scope, and deliverables to teams and stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
• Support bid preparation and tendering activities by providing planning input and schedules
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Qualifications & Experience:
The successful candidate will hold a degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline and have at least 5 years of experience in construction project planning or project controls. They should be experienced in planning tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
