To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Level 8 degree in an Engineering or Science discipline.
* 4 years of relevant experience in a team-based regulated manufacturing environment, ideally with previous supervisory experience.
* Good knowledge of GMP/FDA regulatory requirements and current Health and Safety Regulations legislation.
* Proven experience practicing Lean tools.
* Business understanding of operations and their impacts.
* High-level PC skills.
* Strong communication skills with both internal and external agents.
* The ability to facilitate a team to deliver a specific objective.
* An above-average level of emotional intelligence.
* Flexibility and strong project management skills.
