Key Responsibilities:
The role encompasses managing the retail store construction process from inception to completion, encompassing both new and existing stores across global locations.
Core responsibilities include identifying construction scope of works, preparing budgets for approval, leading the creation of Capex budgets, and prequalifying external consultants and contractors.
Additional duties involve analyzing tender submissions, negotiating with third parties, and providing recommendations or board papers for management/board review.
Strong problem-solving skills are essential for delivering projects with creativity and commitment to business needs.
A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar retail construction role is required, with preference given to candidates with experience designing large luxury retail stores.
