The RoleWe are seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping customers transition to sustainable energy solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targetsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across residential and commercial sectorsMeet customers, plan jobs and design proposals packs.Conduct client consultations and site assessments to understand customer needsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales processPrepare and deliver engaging proposals and presentationsMaintain accurate records using CRM software and other sales toolsManage administrative tasks including client correspondence and reportingCollaborate with the wider Eirsolar team to ensure exceptional customer service and project deliveryManage and convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns, web enquiries, and referralsProactively generate outbound leads through prospecting, networking, and local engagementRequirementsProven experience in sales, preferably within renewable energy or a related sectorStrong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbalStrategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilitiesHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and deadlinesProficient in CRM systems and standard office softwareSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamFull clean driving licence (required)Based in Co.
