About the Role:

* Lead a team of front office staff to provide top-notch customer service and support.
* Oversee daily front office operations, including administrative tasks, reports, and transactions.
* Maintain high standards of appearance, hygiene, and quality in all aspects of the front office.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional customer service, handling queries and complaints professionally.
2. Manage group reservations, debtor accounts, and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve front office operations, enhance guest experience, and increase revenue.


Requirements:
