Are you an experienced corporate lawyer looking to join a dynamic team working on some of Ireland’s most high-profile and complex corporate transactions? We are seeking a talented Senior Associate/Associate to join our Corporate team in Dublin.
The Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position within a leading corporate law practice. You will work on large, cross-border transactions and provide advisory services to a range of domestic and international clients, including public and private companies, state and public sector bodies, and successful entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on complex corporate transactions and commercial matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements and documentation.
Manage multiple client matters, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Deliver high-quality, commercially minded legal advice.
The Person:
Minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law, gained at a large, medium, or boutique firm.
Strong technical and drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent client service skills with a commercial mindset.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Flexible, proactive, and a strong work ethic.
