Full Time 39 hour working Week KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (CORE DUTIES) LeadcontinuousimprovementinitiativesacrossHRprocesses,includingprocess mapping, standardisation and SOP development.
BuildandmaintainHRKPIdashboardsandreporting(e.g.trainingcompletion,time- to-hire,performancecyclemetrics),andpresentactionableinsightstostakeholders.
AdviseandsupportmanageronHRbestpracticeandemployeerelationsprocesses, including performance management frameworks and consistent documentation standards.
Design, co-ordinate and continuously improve structured onboarding and induction programmes, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated, compliant and engaged.
Support Learning and Development activities, including training needs analysis, co- ordinationoflearningplans,trackingofcompletionandeffectiveness,andreporting on outcomes.
Partnerwithhiringmanageronworkforceplanninginputs,interviewevaluation frameworks and the continuous improvement of selection processes.
Supportthereview,implementationandongoingimprovementofHRpolicies, guidelines and internal HR governance processes.
Contributetoemployeeengagementinitiativesandorganisationalcapabilityprojects aligned with business objectives.
SupportHR-relatedinitiativesandimprovementsusingprojectmanagement methodologies.
REQUIREMENTS Degree(orequivalent)inBusiness,HumanResourcesoracloselyrelatedfield.
3-5yearsrelevantprofessionalexperienceinHR,advisory,consulting,orpeopleand development roles.
ProvencommunicationskillsinEnglishandPortuguese(spokenandwritten).
Strong analytical capability, including KPI definition, reporting, trend interpretation and the clear communication of recommendations.
SoundworkingknowledgeofHRbestpracticeandstructuredpeopleprocesses (performance, development, employee relations).
MicrosoftOfficeskills(Excel,PowerPointandWord).
Knowledgeofprojectmanagementmethodologies,withexperiencesupportingor co-ordinating projects.
DESIRABLE Experiencewithcontinuousimprovementmethodologies(e.g.Lean,process mapping, SOP design).
