This highly visible position is key to supporting the continued rapid growth of the Company and will be primarily responsible for administration & analysis of the Global Sales Incentive Plans. This is an excellent opportunity for a sharp, eager professional passionate about working in a dynamic environment with one of the fastest growing companies in the Bay Area.Manage the day to day operations and administration of MongoDB's Global Sales Compensation Plan in Xactly Incent, including timely electronic distribution and acceptance tracking of plansResponsible for the calculations of MDB compensation plans to ensure payments are accurate, complete, and in compliance with company policy and practicePartner with Sales Operations and Sales Finance to maintain and deploy worldwide annual compensation plans on timeIdentify opportunities for efficiencies and improvements within our processes and workflowsDevelop and execute on ideas for improvements and automation initiatives from UAT to Go-LiveSupport and test the design and implementation of sales compensation plans, policies, and process changes throughout the yearProvide quality support and resolve commission cases and exceptions to the sales field and sales management within established SLAsWork cross-functionally with our partners, including Business Systems, to scale the commissions process and systems aligning with Company growthProvide ongoing training for newly hired and existing sales representatives and management on Xactly software and commission processesWork closely with Human Resources and Sales Operations to track changes in sales employee data for new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, compensation and retroactive changesWork with internal/external auditors on an ongoing basis for SOX commission process and testing and prepare audit related deliverables as neededPrepare and post monthly sales commission and bonus accruals and payments on timeAssist with ad hoc commission data gathering, reporting, analysis and other projects as neededDevelop and assist with maintaining written process documents needed to effectively manage all compensation-related processesExperience and Skills:Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in Sales Commissions and/or Sales OperationsStrong understanding of sales compensation and operations processExperience with developing and drafting process documents and system workflows Experience administering complex Incentive PlansExperience with, NetSuite, SuccessFactors, Smartsheet or similar project management/collaboration tool, and data visualization tools (Tableau) a strong plusProficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Advance Formulas & FunctionsProficiency with Xactly Incent & Analytics or similar commissions/reporting toolPersonal Attributes:Able to work independently and take initiativeDetail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication, collaborative, and people skillsSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and take initiativeAbility to grow and think outside the box, identify problems or opportunities to improve upon existing processes and provide innovative solutionsWillingness to jump in and assist in ad hoc projectsAbility to identify problems or opportunities to improve upon existing processes and provide innovative solutions Strong process development and documentation experienceAbout MongoDBMongoDB is built for change, empowering our customers and our people to innovate at the speed of the market.
