Business Development Executive
About the Role:
The primary responsibility of this position is to identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This role involves working independently and as part of a collaborative team to drive revenue growth by leveraging Salesforce services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement
2. Capture all communications in Salesforce and adhere to established sales processes
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation strategies
4. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment
* Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Teams)
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently
