We are recruiting for several Clinical Nurse Manager roles throughout the country for vairous clients in both the Elder & Mental Health areas.
We are looking for CNM1 & CNM2 candidates who are both committed and compassionate.
As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care for residents. You will lead and support a team of nursing and care staff, oversee clinical practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the nursing team to deliver person-centred care
* Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and all relevant legislation
* Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with residents and families
* Mentor and support staff through training and performance management
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies
Requirements:
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI registration
* Minimum 3 years’ post-registration experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
* Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and best practices in elder care
* Previous experience working as a CNM or a Senior Staff Nurse to progress your career
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
