Senior Residential Manager
The Senior Residential Manager is a key position in ensuring the overall management, safety, and quality of care within our respite service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of day-to-day operations, including staff rotas, performance, and professional development
* Maintenance of up-to-date, accurate, and person-centred care plans to meet individual needs
* Monitoring of residents' physical, emotional, and social wellbeing to ensure their comfort and satisfaction
* Compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory standards through regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments
* Liaison with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and inspectors to maintain transparent and respectful communication
Requirements:
* Level 8 qualification in Applied Social Studies or equivalent
* CORU Registration Management Qualification
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory or management role in a Respite setting
* Car ownership and full driving licence for travel between locations
