We're seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to grow the advertising business through targeted marketing programs. This role focuses on driving the growth of self-serve and managed customers in Germany, France, the UK, Benelux and India.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute demand generation campaign
s to meet lead generation and revenue goals.
* Collaborate with
growth marketing, sales, content marketing, product marketin
g, and marketing operations to develop and execute end-to-end multi-channel campaigns.
* Define campaign strategy with a test-and-learn approach
, managing external agencies in content and design development across LinkedIn ads, email, and web channels.
* Monitor and manage campaign performance
, analyzing engagement,
lead volume, and sales funnel conversion r
ates to generate actionable insights.
* Communicate strategy, insights, updates, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* At least
4 years of experience
in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation marketing.
* Own and drive marketing roadmaps
from strategy through execution
* Audience-first, creative marketer
who builds programs that drive action and results
* Strong communicator and presenter
, able to influence senior stakeholders
* Data-driven marketer
with hands-on experience in
A/B testing and performance optimisation
* Proven ability to
prioritise, multitask, and manage complex workstreams
* Experience
developing and executing global campaigns across time zones
* Collaborative partner
who builds strong relationships and influences cross-functional teams
* Experience
working closely with Sales and Sales leadership
* Fluency in German, French, or Dutch
