You will be confident in running the overall service and a team worker who enjoys sharing knowledge and passion about food.
As the Head Chef of The Selkie Kitchen team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests keep returning for more delightful experiences. You will create and design new dishes, maintaining the highest standards in food preparation, presentation, and quality.
The right candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong desire to learn and have a natural flair for cooking creative food.

* Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times. Maintaining high standards of hygiene
* Support your fellow kitchen staff in observing appropriate systems of hygiene during food preparation and storage. Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
Requirements:
Applicants must be over the age of 18.
Minimum 5 year experience working in a busy kitchen.
Speak Fluent English.
Legally available to work in Republic of Ireland.
Available to work on weekends and midweek, morning, afternoon and evening shifts.

Pay: €45,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
