Financial Assistant

We are seeking an accomplished financial assistant to join our dynamic finance team in a full-time, office-based role. This position offers academic support and is ideal for professionals transitioning from practice to industry.


Responsibilities:

* Provide support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
* Reconcile bank and ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity
* Assist with intercompany transactions and transfer pricing compliance
* Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
* Maintain and update financial records and accounting systems
* Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance


Requirements:

* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study
* Strong numerical and analytical skills to analyze financial data
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with the team
