Job Description: The Role The organisation is embarking on an ambitious, multi-year transformation programme and is seeking aDynamics 365 CE Developer to support teams across multiple transformation initiatives. This role is suited to an experienced and dynamic developer with a strong background inDynamics 365 Customer Service. The Dynamics 365 Developer will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing existing functionality, as well as building greenfieldDynamics 365 Customer Service solutions as the organisation continues to grow and innovate. Key OutcomesTechnical Experience Experience configuringDynamics 365 CE, specifically withinCustomer Service environments Knowledge and experience working in amanaged Dynamics 365 environment Configuration ofPower Automate to automate business processes Deploying solutions usingCI/CD pipelines (manual deployment to test and production environments is not permitted) Experience usingGit for source control Supporting the CRM Architect with documentation and oversight of configurations and integrations Dynamics 365 CRM Experience Configuration ofTables, Views, and Forms to support Customer Service processes Configuration ofBusiness Process Flows within Dynamics 365 Configuration ofSecurity Roles Configuration ofWorkflows and Power Automate Flows Ability to developPlugins Ability to developJavaScript libraries Experience withCanvas Apps is an advantage Maintain up-to-date skills on new features, services, and cost models Project Responsibilities Work within guidelines and objectives defined by active projects or programmes Operate within anAgile sprint structure Provide task updates and status reports to relevant project streams Prioritise work items and tasks based on project or programme guidance Key Skills & Experience 5+ yearsDynamics 365 development experience, preferably with Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) Strong knowledge ofDynamics 365 Customer Service and thePower Platform Ability to design innovative, reusable solutions and components Solid experience withSaaS solutions and integrations Experience buildingplugins, workflows, cloud flows, and logic apps Experience designing integrations inAzure Experience buildingweb apps in Azure is a bonus Experience withALM tools (e.g. Git for Enterprise, Azure DevOps) Experience integrating withSAP is a bonus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Proven ability to analyse complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions Strong troubleshooting skills within cloud and solution architecture environments Experience implementingaccess controls and governance policies Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
