Eirclear wish to recruit a Customs Clearance Agent on a part-time basis. The role may be suited to a postgraduate student or someone who has flexibility in their current circumstances.
The employee will be responsible for preparing and filing customs declarations and related tasks. While experience of customs clearance would be beneficial, it is not a pre-requisite and training will be provided on all procedures.
It is envisioned that the employee will work 2-3 days were week. The place of work is a co-working space in Ovens and the working hours are 9-5.30pm. After a training-in period and once the employee can work independently, remote work will likely be possible but it is expected that at least 1 day per week would be in the office.

Duties
* Completing import & export customs declarations
* Liaising with clients, transporters and customs officials as required
* Managing and developing relationships with clients
* General financial administration
* Assisting with marketing initiatives
* Other ad hoc duties that arise in the normal course of business
Requirements
* Good computer skills and proficiency with MS Excel is essential
* Attention to detail and accuracy are of the utmost importance – please demonstrate where you have needed these skills previously on your cover letter
* Organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks, a lot of our work needs to be submitted in a timely manner
* A qualification in finance / accounting / business would be highly beneficial
