Electrical Site Leader
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Site Leader to oversee the delivery of an electrical construction project at a hyperscale data centre in Sweden.
* Provide site-level leadership, ensuring safety standards and quality workmanship are upheld by personnel under your supervision.
* You will be responsible for implementing the safety plan on-site, guaranteeing staff receive necessary training and possess the required skills to perform their duties safely and professionally.
* Achieve seamless labour resource allocation, subcontractor performance oversight, progress monitoring, issue resolution with tact while maintaining harmonious working relationships.
