To support growth and expansion we are currently recruiting a full-time Facilities Services Manager to join our team in Shannon, Co Clare Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 8:*****:30 Main duties and responsibilities Manage and maintain the CAFM Project manage, coordinate, and supervise third-party contractors, Continued Operation of the site Facilities encompassing all elements of Facilities Management including but not limited to Buildings, Plant Equipment, Hard Services, etc.
Continued management of routine preventative maintenance Manage and maintain staff records, annual leave requests, trainings Compare costs for required goods or services Ensure the buildings meet health and safety requirements and comply with relevant legislation.
Requirements: Degree in facilities management/ technical discipline with minimum 3 years experience in soft and hard services Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in FM software and MS Office.
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and external vendors.
Experience in project management and overseeing the work of external contractors.
Strong IT skills, including good working knowledge of MS Office (essential) and relevant facility management software We are looking forward to hearing from you!
