Residential Site Engineer Position
A seasoned Site Engineer is required to lead a residential development project in North Tipperary. This exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate play a pivotal role in delivering a large-scale residential project from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Setting out and surveying using GPS, total stations, and related equipment
* Overseeing construction works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building regulations
* Coordinating closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, subcontractors, and design teams
* Maintaining daily site records, quality checks, and progress reports
* Assisting with planning and scheduling of site activities
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
* Solving technical queries and contributing to efficient site delivery
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field
* 24 years experience as a Site Engineer, ideally on residential or housing developments
* Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and quality standards
* Proficient in setting out equipment, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively within a site management team
