Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Hiring Manager to join our team in Sales. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Your primary focus will be on streamlining candidate sourcing, compliance, and onboarding processes, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
* Achieve sales targets, objectives, and weekly KPIs as set by division manager.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline candidate sourcing, compliance, and onboarding processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 1-2 years experience in a sales role.
* Clerical or administrative experience will also be considered.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven.
