We help global enterprises unify voice, messaging, and CRM into a seamless, AI-driven customer experience platform.Our customers include Global regulated and enterprise organisations, and as we scale, we are investing in stronger onboarding governance, predictable delivery, and operational excellence.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Project Manager / Onboarding Specialist who has delivered onboarding projects within a product let SaaS company.This role is about taking ownership of customer onboarding from contract signature through to go-live, ensuring clarity around scope, timelines, responsibilities and success criteria. You'll sit between Sales, Engineering, QA, Support and the customer. The job is to bring structure, drive momentum, and make sure nothing falls between the cracks. This isn't just about running a project plan. It's about protecting delivery standards, setting expectations properly, and ensuring customers feel confident throughout the implementationKey Responsibilities· Own and lead the end-to-end onboarding process from kick-off through to go-live· Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure smooth implementation· Build strong relationships with project stakeholders· Develop a solid technical understanding of both the Solgari customer environments· Translate customer requirements into clear, structured actions· Ensure customer configuration aligns with agreed scope and product capabilities· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining structure and momentum· Work directly with customers to troubleshoot issues where required· Collaborate closely with technical teams when escalation or deeper investigation is neededEssential Skills· 3+ years delivering onboarding within a product or SaaS environment· Experience implementing structured software solutions (not general IT support or managed services)· Strong stakeholder management skills· Comfortable running structured customer calls· Good commercial awareness and confidence managing scopeWe're ideally looking for someone experienced with Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365 or Azure in a delivery or implementation setting.
