Deep knowledge of investment products, pension planning (Personal, Executive, and Group), and protection products.
A strong understanding of current regulatory requirements and AML procedures.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.
A self-starter who is highly organised, analytical, and capable of working calmly under pressure to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities Build and maintain long-term, trusted partnerships through regular communication, portfolio reviews, and performance updates.
Grow the life, pension, and investment portfolio by managing the existing client base and proactively identifying new business opportunities.
Conduct in-depth financial assessments to provide professional recommendations tailored to client goals, tax strategies, and estate planning.
Oversee the entire business lifecycle, from onboarding and pipeline management to processing applications and renewals.
Deliver presentations to group pension scheme members and manage corporate renewals.
Ensure all files meet current regulatory and AML standards while staying updated on market trends and economic shifts.
