Change Manager (Contract)
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months (High likelihood of extension)
Rate: Senior Day Rate (DOE)
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead a large-scale transformation program for a key client in the Dublin market. You will be responsible for the end-to-end change strategy, ensuring that complex organisational shifts—whether digital, structural, or process-driven—are embedded successfully with minimal disruption to business-as-usual (BAU).
Key Responsibilities
As the Change Manager, you will be the lead for people-side transitions.
Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive Change Management strategy and framework tailored to the client's specific culture and project goals.
Leadership Coaching: Act as a "Change Consultant" to senior leaders and project sponsors, coaching them on how to effectively lead their teams through transition.
Resistance Management: Proactively identify high-level risks and points of resistance; develop complex mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Governance & Reporting: Define change KPIs and provide regular updates to the Steering Committee on adoption progress and organizational readiness.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance (and potentially oversight) to Change Analysts and workstreams to ensure alignment across the program.
Integrated Planning: Work closely with Project Managers to integrate change management activities into the overall project schedule.
Experience & Requirements
Proven Track Record: 7+ years of dedicated Change Management experience, specifically leading large-scale, high-stakes transformations.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" while ensuring the tactical details (communications, training, etc.) are executed to a high standard.
Influencing Power: Expert-level stakeholder management skills, with the gravitas to challenge senior executives when necessary.
Methodology Mastery: Deep expertise in Prosci/ADKAR, ACMP, or similar frameworks. Certification is highly preferred.
Agile/Vuca Experience: Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where requirements may shift.
Industry Versatility: A "generalist" background—having led change in various sectors (e.g., Tech, Pharma, Banking, or Utilities) is a distinct advantage.
