ERP Implementation Expert for Finance Functional Lead
The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Deltek Maconomy and a deep understanding of finance and accounting processes, including O2C, P2P, R2R, EPM, and Time & Expense.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of finance modules on ERP systems
* Collaborate closely with finance, procurement, and operations teams to gather and validate business and system requirements
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configuration, processes, and procedures
* Coordinate user acceptance testing, prepare test scripts, and provide support for system and process training
* Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution of bugs, defects, or process gaps
* Conduct thorough system testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance
* Perform data analysis and reporting to inform business decision-making
* Map and document end-to-end financial processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements to meet business needs
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation or support roles, with hands-on experience in Deltek Maconomy
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
