Government Transformation Leadership Opportunity
This is an opportunity to lead our Consulting team in driving strategic transformation for high-profile Government and Public Services clients. You will oversee the design and implementation of strategies, policies, operating models, and digital transformation programmes across finance and broader areas.
* Lead end-to-end delivery of engagements for Government and Public Services clients, encompassing large scale transformation programmes.
* Oversee the design and implementation of strategies, policies, operating models, and digital transformation programmes, particularly focusing on finance as well as broader programmes.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior officials, offering guidance and strategic advice on complex issues.
* Drive the growth of our Finance Transformation practice by identifying new opportunities, leading proposals, and engaging with prospective & current clients with a focus on Finance Transformation and ERP initiatives.
About You
We are seeking experienced professionals with a background in consulting or in-house environments, preferably possessing experience in:
* Strategy design and alignment for Government Departments, including service design.
* Public Services financial management, including ERP transformations.
* Operating model design & delivery (As Is - To Be Design), organisational transformation (Finance / Corporate Services Function and/or full Org-wide).
* Project, programme, and change management, data analytics, insight, and reporting.
* Operational excellence using Lean six sigma, RPA, and/or AI, digital transformations including strategy, planning, and/or implementation.
A relevant 3rd level qualification(s) and professional qualifications in Programme, Project Management or any accounting qualifications are preferred but not essential.
