You will be required to work both on your own and with the head Chef in order to maintain a high level of quality, service, presentation and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. You will be responsible for maintaining all administration in compliance with HACCP and Food Hygiene guidelines.
You must hold trade papers such as City & Guilds, Culinary Arts or equivalent
Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable.
The role will involve working 40 hours per week over the 7 days, with no late nights
Experience: Cook/Chef: 1 year (preferred) HACCP: 1 year (preferred)
