Construction Project Management Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of a wide range of projects from initial planning to final delivery.
This includes coordinating with site project team members, interfacing with the wider team, and maintaining effective communication throughout the process.
A strong understanding of typical contract documents is essential, including plans, specifications, and applicable standards.
You will be responsible for preparing detailed contract items lists, developing and monitoring submittal registers, and ensuring overall compliance with the construction schedule.
This role requires a high level of technical expertise, particularly in AutoCAD, as well as strong leadership qualities and excellent problem-solving skills.
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager who can work independently and within a team environment.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar, and at least 10 years' experience in residential construction project management.
They will also have a working knowledge of Irish Standards for external utility providers and be competent in technical submittals.
