Job Title: IT Technical Specialist
We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Specialist to join our technical team. Our organization delivers advanced IT and cloud solutions that help clients build secure, reliable, and scalable technology environments.
The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical support across cloud systems, including Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, and server administration. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, taking ownership of issues, troubleshooting effectively, and ensuring a high-quality service experience.
* Manage and respond to tickets in the IT Support queue.
* Provide on-site and remote IT support to clients.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Support and administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
* Perform server, desktop, and laptop setups, maintenance, and repairs.
* Document support processes to improve service desk efficiency.
