HR Manager
for their busy facility in
Glin, Co. Limerick

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and proactive HR professional to take ownership of the HR function in a
standalone, hands-on role
, supporting approximately
270 employees
across a dynamic production environment. You'll report directly to the General Manager and work closely with senior leadership to drive engagement, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the full HR function, including employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation.
* Manage HR administration such as contracts, onboarding, time & attendance, and personnel records.
* Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
* Collaborate with Accounts to process and verify payroll data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to auto-enrolment requirements.
* Manage work permits, statutory leave, and all employment-related compliance documentation.
* Build effective relationships with management, supervisors, and employees at all levels.
* Partner with the Health & Safety Manager and General Manager on site compliance and quality standards.
* Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
The Ideal Candidate
* HR-qualified professional with a relevant degree or equivalent certification.
* Minimum
3 years' experience in a senior HR role
, ideally within a
manufacturing, industrial, hospitality, or retail
environment.
* Strong knowledge of
Irish employment law
and HR best practice.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
* Organised and adaptable, comfortable managing diverse HR tasks in a fast-paced setting.
