QA/QC Manager CSA / Civils (Client Side) Location: Finland (3x Data Centre Projects outside Helsinki) Contract: Freelance / Contract Duration: Minimum 12 months (expected 20+ months) Sector: Data Centre Construction Package: Competitive V7 Recruitment are working with a leading Project Management Consultancy who are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager with strong CSA / Civils background to support multiple large-scale data centre construction projects in Finland.
This is a client-side, long-term contract role.
Key Responsibilities Oversee QA/QC activities for CSA and civil works Review ITPs, method statements, and inspection records Monitor site works to ensure compliance with specifications and standards Manage inspections, audits, and non-conformance reports (NCRs) Interface with contractors, consultants, and client teams Report quality performance to the client project team Requirements Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager on large construction projects Strong background in CSA / Civils (data centres or mission-critical preferred) Client-side or consultancy experience advantageous Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and documentation English required; Finnish beneficial but not essential Willingness to be Finland-based and work across multiple sites Apply today: Send your CV to
