About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our team as an RGN. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing holistic care to clients on site, including medication reconciliation and administration, maintaining documentation, ensuring confidentiality and complying with NMBI & HIQA regulations.

Responsibilities:
* Report to the ADPHN or senior nurse on duty
* Provide holistic care to the clients on site
* Pre-Admission assessments, Plan & implement Admissions & Discharges
