Roaming Operations Management Manage daytoday relationships and correspondence with roaming partners Oversee & timely implementation of key updates from our roaming partners, ensuring compliance with GSMA guidelines. Maintain roaming partner records, member lists, and notifications on GSMA platforms. Manage customer care escalations across all consumer brands and sub-brands Ensure Business Continuity Planning for roaming services. Ensure accuracy of roaming information provided directly and indirectly aligns correctly to all market propositions, regulations and customer experience standards. Extensive experience in roaming operations and good understanding of wholesale roaming management. Experience with roaming billing systems (WRM, Syniverse reporting, TAP, NRTRDE standards or equivalents) would be desirable Background in telecom network operations, routing, IREG/TADIG, VoLTE roaming and service testing. Experience handling GSMA compliance processes and standards. Proven leadership working with crossfunctional teams Experience preparing commercial insights, financial reports, and supporting senior leadership decisions. Strong understanding of: GSMA International Roaming Agreements and GSMA standards Network routing & roaming architecture VoLTE & 5G SA roaming standards Billing roaming standards, processes and rating logic Partner configuration, SGSN/node identification Ability to work across diverse data formats and systems.
