On behalf our client, we are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead one of our busy sites in the Dublin area.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially minded professional who understands retail at ground level and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving site performance, leading teams, and delivering outstanding standards across retail, food, and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operation of the site in line with our client's policies and procedures Deliver excellent customer service standards across all areas of the business Drive sales performance and consistently achieve site targets Oversee cash handling, stock control, ordering, and administration Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a diverse retail team Ensure high standards across food service, drinks, forecourt, and shop operations Build strong working relationships with regional management and support functions Essential Requirements (Please read carefully): To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: Fluent spoken and written English (essential for team leadership and customer interaction) Strong knowledge of the Dublin area Full driving licence and ability to travel as required, but there is flexibility on this Previous retail experience is essential (applications without retail background will not be considered) Experience managing or supporting food and beverage operations alongside retail Proven sales-driven mindset with the ability to motivate teams and grow performance Ideal Candidate Profile: 1–2 years' experience in a Site Manager, Store Manager, or Assistant Manager role A natural leader with a strong team-leading attitude Commercially aware and comfortable dealing with multiple sides of the business Confident operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Organised, reliable, and capable of taking ownership of results What's in It for you: A very competitive salary plus bonus Private healthcare Colleague discount on food and hot drinks Bike-to-Work scheme if you do not have a car.
