Product Growth Manager

* Engineering qualification (mechanical manufacturing or related discipline preferred)
* Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles with strong technical aptitude, hands-on problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and English written verbal ability to work independently with multiple priorities and willingness to travel for customer visits and trade events in a manufacturing engineering environment.
Achieving success involves managing relationships with client accounts, handling sales orders efficiently by coordinating internal teams for timely delivery of services. Providing technical support through troubleshooting aftersales service collaboration between the production team ensures requirements are met while offering warranty support efficiently. Regularly attending trade shows represents the company professionally conducting distributor-customer site visits at agreed frequencies as part of effective management strategies.
